PlanB is a café and student retreat. It is run by student volunteers and offers sustainable, organic, fair trade, or locally sourced drinks and snacks. PlanB was strongly supported by the General Students’ Committee (AStA) when it was founded and set up in the immediate vicinity of the AStA.

In addition to Plan B, there are about 80 other student initiatives, each with its own thematic focus: from sustainability to social justice to international affairs. At Leuphana, there is an initiative to suit every area of interest.
